Undo's Catering for the WV Smart Sensor Supercomputing Center

Nick, I just wanted to personally thank you and the entire Undo's team. Beau
Catalano and Gigi took first class care of my requirements for our first ever
corporate Christmas Party in Wheeling, WV.
To be honest, most of our folks really wanted to have this party at another
area restaurant but I convinced our leadership that the McLure and Undo's could
out-do the other for this task. By all accounts, I was right. Our two presidents
that flew out from California and Washington, DC, Theodora Tititonis and Phil
Fox were absolutely thrilled with the execution of the event.
The downtown business community has been very good to me since my arrival
this summer and I felt that it was important to do business right here in the
heart of Wheeling. Beau worked very closely with me, the McLure staff and Masterpieces
of Old Town, in not only a spectacular event but one where we received a personal
affair that I know exceeded the invoice in every way.
I want to personally extend you to the gratitude and 'Bravos!' of my corporate
leadership and of myself to you, Beau, Gigi, Richie, Pam, Nancy, and Lisa.
If ever, I can return the favor in any way in addition to recommending other
businesses to use your services, then you know that I will.
Undo's and its fine team are not just business associates of mine now but

Hello. My husband and I had our reception at the Holiday Inn in Weirton,
WV and Undo's catered in September 2009.
We cannot rave enough about how wonderful we were treated by both the staff
at the hotel and the staff from Undo's. Every table had their own waitress
and everyone was served at exactly the same time. If someone wanted more
of something the waiter or waitress was right there. No one had to wait for
anything. The food was fresh and EXCELLENT. Also, the price we paid to have
our reception there was beyond exceptional! Everyone still talks about our
reception and how GREAT the food was.
We cannot thank you enough for giving us such a stress free and wonderful
evening. I refer everyone I know to you for weddings, parties, or even just
to go to dinner to eat the wonderful food.

While this letter looks a lot like that for 2009, it does reflect our great
experiences on June 11-12, 2010.
The National Imperial Glass Collectors' Society (NIGCS) enjoyed a very good
banquet experience this year on June 12. Great comments were made about all
the menu choices, and I've heard no negatives. Looks like your team did it again
Our servers were prompt and attentive, and we very much appreciated Lisa's
oversight throughout the evening.
Table set up was completed very early, giving us maximum opportunity for our
own decorations. Table locations were also made with a good eye toward visibility
and our again-reduced attendance. Moving the "front" of the room adjacent
to the parking lot worked really well!
By the way, thanks again for holding our price – the economy only slightly
improved our attendance this year.
Also, the other meetings and the Friday auction worked out well for us.
Confirming our requested reservations for the next couple of years: June 10-11
for 2011, and June 8-9 for 2012.
As usual, we will be in touch regarding the specific uses and setups of the
banquet rooms as the time approaches. We continue to enjoy and benefit from
using your facilities for both days.

I have the pleasure of writing you today about the fantastic service and quality of food I received recently at a workshop held at Undo’s West at the Hampton Inn. Every aspect of the event was handled in a most professional manner. On behalf of the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development and the Appalachian Leadership Academy, I want to thank you for staffing your facility with fine, professional individuals who made sure our event was a success.
Jen and Gigi in the Sales Office made certain that all our needs - no matter how great or small - for the workshop were met. Both ladies were in contact with me regularly to check the counts for the meals as well as assisting me with a special dietary request for a participant on the Adkin’s diet. The morning manager, Donovan, was extremely helpful with assisting our server as well as being a very friendly gentleman. Our server, Misty, kept our beverages replenished and made sure we had plenty of hot water and coffee for the participants. The food was delicious and maintained it temperature. The banquet room itself was clean and decorated very professionally - not too much, not too little. The young man who set up the room the evening before was friendly and helpful as well as the dishwasher, who assisted me with a few last minute changes to the arrangement of the banquet room.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Undo’s and look forward to utilizing the facility again next year for our workshop.
Once again, I wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience we had at Undo’s Family Restaurant West, and to commend those employees who assisted us every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and just plain pleasant to work with!
