In 1953, Undo and Jenny Sparachane purchased the Flamingo Club in Benwood, West Virginia, and in 1965, they added the Benwood Stag
Bar to their list of entrepreneurial undertakings. Together, these two locations formed Undo’s Famiglia Restaurant, a family-owned
restaurant business that has specialized in Italian and American cuisine for over 50 years. Undo’s has extended to four, full-service
restaurants within the Ohio Valley: Benwood, Elm Grove and Weirton, West Virginia and St. Clairsville, Ohio.
The corporate and catering offices of Undo’s are located in Wheeling. Undo’s provides catering at all of its restaurant locations
and also provide catering services off-premise as well.
Undo’s employs approximately 100 individuals, all of whom are committed to carrying on the tradition of excellence in food and
customer service that Undo and Jenny Sparachane began in 1953.
The Undo’s team continues to search for new, innovative ways to gain customers and to keep our established customers coming back
for more. Undo’s family restaurants have been built solidly on a tradition of pride, integrity and honesty. These qualities
